2. Using the Store

By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and prices

We make every effort to display our products, colours and specifications accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Bundles

Bundle prices (for example, 2 or 3 watches) are applied automatically in the cart when the required number of watches is added. If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount is recalculated on the items you keep.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock; in that case you will receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and guarantee

You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers in the EU.

8. Discounts

Discount codes (such as newsletter welcome codes) are valid once per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with bundle prices or other offers.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — text, images, logos and design — belongs to NOT 25 HOURS or is used with permission, and may not be copied without written consent.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or the Store. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence. EU consumers can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
