We want you to love your NOT 25 HOURS watch. If you don't, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return and get your money back.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, including the presentation box.
- If you return only part of a bundle, the bundle discount will be recalculated on the watches you keep.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@not25hours.com or DM us on Instagram @not25hours with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 24h with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case we cover it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you live in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends this period. Your statutory rights, including the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, are not affected.
